Price is per year charge. Contract per year changes for longer contracts. Customer is responsible for all parts costs.

Price Includes:

1-year supply of Merv-11 Filters (Total of 4 Filters)

2- Scheduled routine maintenance visits

2- Unscheduled Visits for service or repairs if a failure were to occur

Replacements, new installs, and retro fit installs.

Let us evaluate your building to see if a control system can save you money. If it makes sense to have a BAS in your facility, we will present a project to you. If a project contract is signed in 60 days from day of evaluation, the building evaluation consulation will be free. Hourly rates will be charged if not project contract is signed.
